Our Methodology
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This page explains how DangWire researches, writes, and maintains the guides and comparison pages on this site — so you can judge how much to trust them.
What We Cover
Our library focuses on workflow automation: setup guides for individual integrations, comparisons between automation platforms, and category pages that explain what is possible with no-code tooling. We publish a page only when we have something specific and verifiable to say about it.
Coverage decisions are boring on purpose: we write about tools and integrations that connect to the same problem space we work in daily — forms, notifications, CRM sync, data routing — because that is where we can verify claims instead of paraphrasing a launch post. A page exists because a reader would make a better decision after reading it, not because a keyword research tool flagged a gap.
Where Our Information Comes From
Facts about platforms — features, limits, pricing tiers, and supported apps — come from primary sources: official documentation, official pricing pages, and release notes. When a claim describes how something behaves, we verify it in our own product where the integration exists, because DangWire connects to many of the same services we write about.
In practice that means a pricing figure on this site is read off the vendor’s own pricing page at review time, not lifted from an old blog post or a third-party aggregator. A “supports X” claim means we found it in the vendor’s documentation or exercised it ourselves — not that someone mentioned it in a forum thread. Where sources disagree, we say so instead of picking the flattering number.
Pages never present rumors, scraped forum guesses, or unsourced numbers as fact. If we cannot verify a detail, we leave it out rather than fill the space.
How Pages Are Written and Reviewed
Guides and comparisons are produced by the DangWire editorial team — staff who work directly with these integrations — and reviewed before publication. Every page carries a visible last-updated date so you can judge freshness yourself. See our editorial policy for the full standards.
How We Update
Automation platforms change pricing and features regularly. We re-check pages on a recurring cadence and whenever users report a change; pricing and availability claims get re-verified at each review. Older pages are updated in place rather than left to rot, and the last-updated date changes when content does.
Updates are triggered by three things: the scheduled review pass, vendor announcements we follow for the platforms we cover, and reader reports — a correction email with a URL gets handled ahead of routine review work. When a platform we cover disappears or is acquired, we update the affected pages to say so plainly instead of quietly pulling them.
What We Don’t Do
- No paid placements. Advertising and affiliate relationships never buy position, score, or wording in a comparison — see the editorial policy.
- No unsourced numbers. If a figure can’t be traced to a primary source at review time, it does not ship.
- No thin pages for the sake of coverage. We would rather publish one page that answers the question than five that rank for it; our internal content floor test fails builds that generate thin pages.
- No review-free automation. Tooling assembles pages from verified data, but a human reads the result before it goes live — the standards for that review live in the editorial policy.
How We Make Money
This site displays advertising (with consent controls for EEA/UK visitors), and some links to third-party services are affiliate links — we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Revenue never buys a position, a score, or better treatment in our comparisons; the process above is the same regardless of who pays us. Full details live on our affiliate disclosure page.
Corrections
If something is wrong or stale, email [email protected] with the URL and the problem. Corrections are treated as urgent: factual errors are fixed promptly and the last-updated date is refreshed. We do not silently delete pages that contain errors we have acknowledged.
