A fix is a discrete issue with an existing automation — a broken connection, a logic error, a failed authentication, or a performance problem. If we can isolate it and resolve it in a single delivery cycle, it's a fix.
How long does a fix take?▼
Diagnosis is instant and free. Paid manual fixes start within 24 hours of payment and most complete within 1–3 business days.
What if my issue is bigger than a fix?▼
If we diagnose your issue and it's more complex than a single fix, we'll tell you upfront and suggest a better path — whether that's a custom build, a health check, or a managed service. You only pay if you approve.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?▼
Yes. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, credits remain valid until expiry but are non-refundable.
Do you fix automations built by others?▼
Yes. We fix automations on any platform — Zapier, Make, n8n, Pabbly, Power Automate, or custom builds. If it runs, we can debug it.
